TFPCCompetition Format
The first round will be conducted online through video submission and the final round will be held at Sekolah Tun Fatimah.
Open to all secondary schools in Malaysia. .
Upper Secondary; Form 4 and Form 5 and Lower Secondary; Form 1,2 and 3.
Participation is FREE of charge for 2 participants (one for each category) from each school. For additional participation: RM50 per person/category.

The video is to be submitted via this link before Sunday, 15th October 2023.
Competition Rules
The public speaking must be delivered in a video, recorded continuously from start to finish. Video editing will result in score deduction. The background must be in white or light blue colour and the video must be displayed above the participant's waist. Participants must wear school uniform without showing the school badge or anything related to the identity of the school.
Participants deliver their own public speaking spontaneously on a topic determined by the competition committee based on 4 themes, namely: Environment, Education, Health, or General Knowledge. All participants get the same title. After making the turn draw, participants will be given a title and one minute to prepare without help from any party, stationery, note paper, communication tools or electronic devices.
Event organizers and participants are NOT ALLOWED to reveal their identity, school name or state. Delivery after the set time/end bell is rung will result in score deduction.
Participants who read notes or texts, touch on sensitive issues, use indecent language (all of these offences/ any one of them) are not eligible to be announced as winners.
Any criticism on sensitive issues related to religion, race and culture or of a person's personality is prohibited. The use of rude language or speech is also prohibited. These mistakes will result in marks being deducted.
